Manage and More empowers me to think in solutions. It allows me to try novel ideas, to fail with grace, to handle stressful times, to celebrate small wins, to be myself. And above all, gives me community who inspire me everyday to push boundaries and never take no for an answer.

Manage and More was the basis on which I was able to build my network, leadership skills and start my entrepreneurial journey. Here, I got to know my co-founders, learned to better understand myself as a person, and found a family of ambitious people.

Thanks to Manage and More, I met great people, travelled abroad and developed myself personally. I met my co-founder Frederik and as part of the Startup Project, we set up the AI startup Design AI which we successfully exited in 2022.

Manage and More has confirmed me in going my own way and becoming a founder. In total, we have exported our products to more than 30 countries around the world and they are sold in over 5000 super-markets worldwide.
