PROGRAM
THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP SCHOLARSHIP EXPLAINED
In total, you will be an active Manage and More member for three semesters and invest about 15-20 hours per week. At the end you have the skills, the network and the experience to become a successful entrepreneur or intrapreneur yourself. You have tried yourself as a leader and know how to lead a team through an innovation process. You have experience whith what innovation techniques to use to identify problems and solve them in an entrepreneurial way. Until then, you’ll have challenging innovation projects, workshops, coaching, and mentoring ahead of you that you can tailor to your interests. The Entrepreneurship Fellowship is as diverse as its fellows themselves.
SEMESTER PROJECTS
In the first semester, you will gain initial experience in innovation management in a practical project:
At the beginning of the semester
BUSINESS DESIGN BOOTCAMP
The program starts with the so-called „Business Design Bootcamp“. During these two weeks, topics such as the design thinking process are discussed, run through and internalized. This knowledge, learned in a playful manner, lays the foundation for the upcoming innovation projects. Another integral part is a detailed introduction to the program.
Time expenditure approx. 14 days in the semester break.

BUSINESS DESIGN DEEP DIVE
We offer you the chance to deepen your newly gained knowledge in innovation management and to gain project management experience yourself. As part of a student Manage and More consulting team, you will help companies such as BMW, Bosch or E.ON to design new products and services.

INTERNAL PROJECT
Anyone who teaches innovation must also live innovation. In the internal project, the scholarship holders further develop the Manage and More program as such. You design workshops, organize start-up tours, organize formats with well-known companies or work on the development of the Manage and More website. The best opportunity to think outside the box.

In the second semester, you will carry out one of the five innovation projects, as well as an internal project.

STARTUP PROJECT
As part of Manage and More, develop your own start-up idea and drive it forward with your team. You will be supported by experienced start-up coaches from UnternehmerTUM and get access to pitch events such as Start&Spread with valuable feedback from experts. Find your co-founder and get started!

Innovation project
AGILE TEAM LEAD
Would you like to gain your first leadership experience while still studying? As part of the „Agile Team Lead“ track, you will be the project manager of a team of five experts, which you will lead through a consulting project. Here you will practice leadership, team development, stakeholder management and will be supported enormously!

Innovation project
XPLORE
You support a team in successfully developing their already existing idea. During the Pre-Incubation Program, you will work with founders and startups with technology-based ideas and prepare them for incubation and initial funding. Valuable experience that will help you for your own start-up.

E-LAB
In the E-Lab you guide start-ups through the first phase of their foundation. For this purpose, you will be trained as a student coach and then apply your knowledge. The goal here is to support teams in very early start-up phases and to guide the team in a successful direction as an external coach.

SPRINT MASTER
Are you passionate about modern working methods and project management? Then the Sprint Master format is the right choice for you. Together with another scholarship holder, you will prepare a one-week business design sprint with an industry partner and carry it out on your own. Experienced trainers will support you, and there are no limits to your ideas.

PROGRAM SUPPORTING ELEMENTS
The following offers are available to you throughout the entire program. You decide how much time you want to invest in the other formats!
We are convinced that if you want to lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself.
As a scholarship holder, individual sessions with coaches are available to you. The focus here is on your personal development and the topics you would like to work on individually.

Get to know new people, companies and ideas throughout the semester e.g. at:
- Meet and Mingles at various start-ups in Munich.
- Start and Spread – one of the biggest pitch events in Munich
- Start-up tour to the hotspots of the start-up scene worldwide
- Summer party and Christmas party for all scholarship holders
Each semester, you can participate in up to 15 exclusive workshops led by experts.
These include, among many other topics:

- Rapid Prototyping
Mentoring at Manage and More provides you with an experienced person from the fields of start-up, management or intrapreneurship who is familiar with your stated interests and career goals.
You benefit from the valuable experience of your mentor and at the same time get to know the employer behind it.
Mentors from McKinsey&Company, BMW, Celonis, Konux and many other well-known companies have been supporting our scholarship holders for a long time.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Benefit from the cooperation with renowned international universities. You can spend a semester abroad and/or do your master’s thesis at Stanford University (USA), Tongji University (China), or the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA). For internships abroad there are cooperations in Tel-Aviv, Israel or Shanghai, China.
In addition, the entire UnternehmerTUM network is at your disposal: Look over the shoulders of successful European entrepreneurs at Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs or participate in the TIE² program with your start-up and get to know the start-up ecosystem in Beijing.
Short stays abroad are also possible with the biannual Start-up Tour to international start-up cities.
AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM
Even after your active time, you are of course part of the UnternehmerTUM ecosystem. Continue to participate in workshops and events of Manage and More and develop yourself further.
Become part of the active alumni network – not only do you stay in close contact with the graduates, but you can also benefit from unique trips, excursions and fireside evenings. Manage and More usually connects scholarship holders for decades.
